There are two ways to view our FAQ section.
Via Tab
1. Go to the Helpdesk home page.
2. Locate the 'Solutions' tab at the top left of the screen and click on it.
3. You are now viewing all our available FAQ's. Click on any question to view the answer.
Via Icon
1. Go to the Helpdesk home page.
- uncc.freshservice.com
2. Locate the icon above 'FAQ' and click on it.
3. You are now viewing all our available FAQ's. Click on any question to view the answer.
At the bottom of each FAQ, there is a question regarding its helpfulness. The question is optional but any feedback provided is appreciated.
